What is included in the tour price?
Hotel, transportation, admission fees and honorarium for bilingual tour guide.
Cost based on double occupancy rooms, single rooms available for an additional fee.


What is not included in the tour price?

Prices do not include air travel, country entry or departure fees, airport porter fees, visas, phone calls, all items of a personal nature, meals, beverages and tips.


What is the tour price and days?

The Guadalajara tour is $1,600 US Dollars per person, for the seven days, six nights; if you want your meals included will be $1,800. The Classic Maya tour is $1,800. Airfare not included. Those who wish to travel from another city other than Phoenix or on a different date or airline than the group should plan to meet the group on the established date at 5pm in that night's hotel.


How far in advance do I need to book my tour?

A deposit of $250 per person is required at time of booking. At least 75 days prior to the tour date with 50% payment of the tour rate (90 days when the tour is in December) and the 50% rest 30 days prior to the tour date.


What forms of payment do you accept?
Mexico’s Guided Tours accepts payment (in U.S. funds only) via MasterCard, Visa, by check, cash or direct deposit.


Cancellations
Participants who cancel 30 days or more before the tour date will receive a full refund less a $150 processing fee. Cancellations made after that point will not receive a refund.


How large will my group be?
Minimum 4, maximum 8.


Do I need a visa and passport?
Yes, you’ll need a valid passport.
Citizens of Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Island, Israel, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, San Marino, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, United States of America, Uruguay or Venezuela, do not need a visa to enter Mexico.
If you are a citizen of any other country, you will need to go to a Mexican consulate to request a visa.


Are we signing a contract?
Yes, you will.


Do I have to get any kind of insurance?

All participants can obtain a short-term traveler's insurance policy covering baggage, accident/life and trip cancellation. Trip cancellation insurance reimburses you for nonrefundable air and land costs should you have to cancel the trip due to personal or family illness. It also covers the cost of emergency evacuation from remote areas.
